2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure your reservation:

• A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking
• The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the tour start date
• Bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date require full payment

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

4. Tour Modifications

Gelbix reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Force majeure events
• Operational requirements

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Medical expenses
• Trip cancellation
• Lost or damaged luggage
• Personal liability

6. Health and Safety

Participants must:

• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate
• Follow all safety instructions provided by guides
• Maintain appropriate travel insurance

7. Privacy Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

Gelbix is not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
